CASE STUDY - SUNTREK

IATAHayton College has developed a custom product training module for Kent Aviation - the Australian and New Zealand distributors for Suntrek's Active and Adventure Travel products.

Designed to complement the Suntrek brochure, the module increases the effectiveness of consultants and resellers by quickly giving them an overview of the product, its key features and the most effective way to sell it. The training can be completed in about 30 mintues and includes formative assessments throughout the module to reinforce learning outcomes and a final quiz to assess overall knowledge.
